I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Research and Policy for Infectious Disease Dynamics (RAPIDD) Program of the NIH and the DHS; and a Huck Fellow with the Center for Infectious Disease Dynamics at Penn State University. I am mentored by Professor Bryan Grenfell. I am also affiliated with the Institute for Cyberscience at Penn State and the National Institutes of Health's Fogarty International Center. I am trained as an interdisciplinary applied and computational mathematician, and my research is focused on the network modeling of host contact patterns and pathogen dynamics for infectious disease ecology, epidemiology and public/animal health problems.
